Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and include all wholesale documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our wholesale support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for damaged goods.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the crystals in their original protective wrap and boxes to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is visible on the package.
Processing and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned inventory, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
